Farm Weddings in Stokes County, Without the Big‑Venue Price Tag
Pond-side vows, a rustic barn reception and a sky full of stars, for a fraction of what most Triad venues charge.

You bring the people you love. We’ll bring the setting.
Riverside Farm sits along the Little Yadkin River in Stokes County, about 20 minutes from downtown Winston-Salem.
Get ready in the Bridal Cabin and a groom’s space, walk down to the lower ceremony spot, then enjoy dinner outdoors on the field (under a tent if you like) and head into the barn for cake cutting, the DJ and dancing. We’ll bring the setting and a whole lot of Southern hospitality.

Six places to say “I do”

The Lower Ceremony Spot
A peaceful spot below the barn for vows: an entry doorway with doors for the bride to walk through, wooden benches on both sides of the aisle, and a large wooden arch.

By the Pond
Our favorite spot for photos, especially at sunset.

The Field
Room for a big tent, too. Our two tents cover up to 100 guests; for more than 100, couples rent a larger tent from an outside company.

Inside the Barn
Cake cutting, the DJ and dancing, all under the barn lights. Inside, the barn is best for small weddings: it holds 50 with tables and chairs, or up to 80 with seating only.

The Grain Bin
A sweet spot for photos, with beautiful views of Pilot Mountain.

By the River
The farm sits on the Little Yadkin River, a quiet spot for photos by the water.

The Saturday Wedding
Outdoor ceremony on our fixed benches, our own tables and chairs for 50–100 guests, the Bridal Cabin and a groom’s space, and the barn for cake cutting, the DJ and dancing. Ceremonies and dinners are usually outdoors, with a tent option (tents are extra). Planning for more than 100? Our two tents cover up to 100 guests, so larger weddings rent a bigger tent (and extra tables and chairs) from an outside company.
Tent Add-On
One tent seats 45–50. Both tents seat 80–85 with food tables, or about 100 without. Our two tents cover weddings up to 100 guests; for more than 100, couples rent a larger tent from an outside company.
Friday Micro Wedding
8 hours on a Friday with the ceremony area, the Bridal Cabin & groom’s space, the barn, and table seating for 50.
Elopements & Vow Renewals

Wedding FAQs
How much does a wedding cost?
Our Saturday wedding package is $3,000. It includes the outdoor ceremony on our fixed benches, our own tables and chairs for 50–100 guests, the Bridal Cabin and a groom’s space, and the barn for cake cutting, the DJ and dancing. A Friday + Saturday wedding (Friday evening 4–10 PM) is $3,500 and includes our free thank-you frame. For smaller days, there’s the Friday Micro Wedding ($1,250) and weekday elopements and vow renewals ($300). Tents are extra: $450 for one or $700 for both. Ceremonies and dinners are usually outdoors, with a tent option. Planning for more than 100? Our two tents cover up to 100 guests, so larger weddings rent a bigger tent (and extra tables and chairs) from an outside company. See our Pricing page for what’s included.
How do deposits and payments work?
Half is due to reserve your date, and the other half is due 30 days before your wedding. Wedding deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 60 days before your date and choose a new date, we’ll apply half of your deposit to the new date.
What’s the rain plan?
Our rain plan is a tent. Tents are an add-on ($450 for one or $700 for both; see our Pricing page), and we recommend reserving one early, especially for spring and fall dates, so you’re covered if the forecast turns. The barn is still yours for cake cutting, the DJ and dancing, but it isn’t big enough to move a full wedding indoors (it seats 50 with tables).
Where does the wedding party get ready?
In the Bridal Cabin and a small groom’s space, included with the Saturday wedding package.
Is your date open?
Most couples hear back from us the same day.
