Rent the barn and grounds by the hour. Birthdays, showers, baptism dinners, family reunions, church picnics and company days, from $200 on weekdays.

Up to 50 guests with tables and chairs set up for you, or up to 80 with seating only. Guests clean up after themselves, and there’s a playground for the little ones.
- 2 hours to a full day (weekends: 3-hour minimum)

- Over 50 guests and need tables and chairs set up outside? Add a flat $75
- Dedicated playground area
- Free 45-minute setup and 45-minute cleanup; guests clean up after themselves
- Book up to 90 days ahead. Saturdays are mainly for weddings, but open Saturdays inside 90 days are welcome. Just ask.
- Add-ons: linens $10 per table (partial length) or $15 (floor length); tents $450 for one, $700 for both
- Payment: half at booking, the other half 15 days before your party
- Reschedule 30 or more days out and your full booking payment is credited to the new date; less than 30 days out, half of your booking payment is credited

Farm Photo Sessions from $75
Engagements, bridal portraits, prom, maternity and family photos at the pond, in the fields and by the barn. 1–3 hour sessions, booked online.
